SY Policies 

Your patience and understanding of our policies is greatly appreciated.


Cancellations 

As a courtesy we ask our customers that cancellations be called in 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.



Late Policy

Due to the high volume of scheduled appointments/walk-ins, we cannot hold your appointment if you are late; however, if you call ahead to advise you are running late, we will try to accommodate you.



Change of Service

If you require any change or additional services, these must be requested with the receptionist prior to check-in.



In order to better serve you.

  • Only the customer and stylist are allowed in the room while services are being performed (customers ages 15 years and younger may be accompanied by a parent or guardian)

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Let your stylist know if you are under the use of Accutane, AHA, Renova, Retin-A. or corticosteroids such as hydro-cortisone, predisone, Kenalog, and Elocon, or have any allergies.

  • As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your appointment a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments

    Environmental Fee

    Salon Yetmir is partnered with Green Circle Salons to provide environmentally friendly services. All clients will be charged a $1.50 environmental fee for each service. For more info you can call 1.877.424.3327 or visit www.greencirclesalons.com

  • If you need to use our restroom, we ask that you do this prior to being called in for your service.

  • Food is not allowed at any time expet snacks.

  • Our Salon is a non-smoking facilitie.

  • Product purchases are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept checks or american express.

  • Gratuities are not included in our prices.
